Shipping policy

Shipping:
Standard shipping within the U.S. is included with all orders. Orders are generally shipped the next business day after the order is placed. (Allow 5-7 business days for custom printing orders.) Shipping method (USPS or UPS) is decided when your order is received by the shipping department and is determined by destination, product weight, and quantity. We will reach out to you with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Large orders may be shipped in more than one box. Please note that orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges.

If you need your shipment expedited, additional charges will incur. At this time, we do not accept orders which need international shipping.

Will Call Pick-up:
Arrangements may be made to pick up local orders at our Seattle, WA location. Please contact us for details by emailing us at susan.patientcarecards@gmail.com.  

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, email us or call our Customer Service Department during normal business hours at 206-281-1150.
